We assist with:

• pre and post release issues
• advice
• information and referral
• one-on-one support

We provide support to people who are leaving prison.

We work with other service providers to assist in a prisoner’s rehabilitation and their return to families and communities.

We assist people being released from gaol reintegrate into daily life.
