How do I donate or raise funds for Aboriginal Legal Service?
You can donate or raise funds to support the many everyday services we provide to NSW and ACT's most vulnerable people.
An important need for us is for general funds that can be used where they are needed most. By giving a general donation you will help us ensure that all of our projects, no matter the size, can be fully funded.
Money donated goes towards:
- funding our Custody Notification Service
- producing resources and developing projects for the delivery of Community Legal Education
- keeping families together through our Prisoner Throughcare Unit

No matter the amount, your donation makes a difference. Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.

Donate by Cheque or Money Order
Using Cheque or Money Order, you can make your donation payable to the Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT), c/o Chief Financial Officer, PO Box 646 Surry Hills NSW 2010.

You can donate using your Credit Card by telephone, fax, email or post.

In memoriam

Leave a donation as a gift in your Will for the work of Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT) in the future.
Annual Tax Receipts
As a regular financial supporter of Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT), you will receive an Annual Tax Receipt showing a summary of tax-deductible donations you have made to us in the previous financial year. Depending on your own tax position, the Annual Tax Receipt will help you claim a tax deduction when it is time to prepare your tax return. Annual Tax Receipts become available in the early part of each new financial year.
