ALS has a new Strategic Plan

The Board of the ALS (NSW/ACT) has approved our new Strategic Plan for 2012-2014.

The Plan has been developed over the last six months across a diverse group involving Board, management, staff and external input.

It is an exciting roadmap for us and envisages where we want to be as an organisation and the steps required to get there. Importantly, the plan also highlights the Vision, Mission and Values of our organisation.

Copies of the Strategic Plan 2012-2014 will be displayed in each of our offices in areas accessed by the general public.
